Hello,My office manager just purchased the personal Ultimate Suite for my computer but I'm having trouble installing the program. A year ago, I did the free trial of Ablebits Merge Cells and that's still on my Excel Ribbon. When I try to download the Ultimate Suite, I get a message saying to uninstall the Ablebits Merge Cells but when I look at my add ins for Excel, it says that I don't have any add ins (Ablebits was the only one I had).I tried to go a different route and just add in my product key but it's also asking for a License Name. No where in the email that we received after making the purchase were we given a License Name.Help!
